• Sodium Chloride 0.9% (500–1000 ml)
• 5 mL Infuvite Adult Multivitamin, IV infusion, SDV
• USE 2 single-dose vials – Vial 1 and Vial 2

Instructions:

1. Add the contents of Vial 1 to the contents of Vial 2.
2. This provides 1–10 mL daily dose.
3. Take 10 mL from Vial 2 and add to not less than 500 mL, preferably 1000 mL NS.
4. Infuse over no less than 3 hours at a rate of 2.8 mL per min for 500 mL and 5.6 mL per min for 1000 mL
